OTTAWA, August 11. An exhaustive investigation at horn* and abroad of the production and marketing of wheat was ordered, with the appointment of a Royal Commission today comprising Mr. Justice Turgeon, of the Saskatchewan Supreme Court (chairman) and the Hon. J. L. Talston. of Montreal (counsel), and two others to be named.. The recommendations of the Commission .will decide the fate of the Government Wheat Board.
