TASMAN CUP
GOLFERS REACH SYDNEY
* . SYDNEY, August 11. The New Zealand women golfers' Tasman Cup team of five players and the captain and manager, Mrs. Godby, which arrived by the Marama today, was officially welcomed and entertained by the Australian Golf Club.
The visitors were motored to various metropolitan courses and left by train tonight for Melbourne to play a match against Victoria on Thursday. They will continue their journey to Adelaide the same night and will there practise for the Australian championships which begin at the Seaton course on August 24. The order in which the New Zealanders will play in the-Tas-man Cup matches will depend on their performances in the Australian championships.
