NEWS FROM LONDON

Mention is made by "The Post's"' representative in London, on July 18, of the following:—

A marriage has been arranged between James Walter Grace, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Duncan, of Wellington, and Blanche Adela Catharine Haughton, youngest daughter of Captain Hubert Feilden Jackson and Mrs. Jackson, of Felix Hall, Kelvedon, Essex. The marriage will take place quietly on September 4.

Several of the London papers say that an announcement is shortly expected of the engagement of Mr. William Bhodes-Moorhouse, son of the late Lieutenant W. B. Rhodes-Moor-house, V.C., to Miss Amalia Demetriadi, only daughter of Sir Stephen and Lady Demetriadi. Sir Stephen is a prominent member of the Greek community in London.
