DANGEROUS DRIVING

_ A charge of driving in Ghuznea Street at 3 a jn. on July 11, in a manner that might have been dangerous to the public was' preferred against John Fitzgerald Denniston, before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the. Magistrate's Court today. Sub-Inspector, C. 'E. Roach prosecuted.

Constable Hunt said that at 3 a.m. on July 11 he was standing in Cuba Street, when he saw a car driven by the defendant being driven down the centre of Cuba Street. In taking the corner of Cuba. Street and Ghuznee Street the defendant swung to. the incorrect side of the road. ; "
