ARAB WORKERS STRIKE

(Received August 11, 2 p.m.) 1 JERUSALEM, August 10. A Royal Air Force officer was killed and "another wounded by an Arab shiper while they were walking to Jerusalem from Gethsemane. The Arab escaped. The Irak pipe line was again damaged last night and the oil set on fire. Repairs were speedily effected. Some of the workers at Haifa port and of the railways and the Irak Petroleum Company have struck work in face of. intimidation, and the authorities are taking precautions to protect the remainder. Seventeen Arabs have been arrested. '
