RETRIAL OF WOMAN

WELLINGTON AS VENUE

NAPIER, This Day

The retrial of Isabel Annie Ayes, alias Craike, of Hastings, on charges of unlawfully using an instrument, is to take place at the next criminal sessions, of the Supreme Court at Wellington. An order to this effect was made by Mr. Justice Blair this morning, on the application of the Crown Prosecutor, Mr. H. B. Lusk, Mr. C. G. Harker opposing.

Bail of £1000, with two sureties of £500, was allowed.
