HUTT V. RANGERS

At the Hutt Recreation Ground this' afternoon Hutt and Miramar Rangers met in the first round of the Victory Cup. The teams were:— Hutt.—Moyen; J. Butland, Moore; Rudolph, R. Butland, Murphy; Hally. Hutt pressed for some time in the second half, but lack of judgment in their shooting and a dogged defence by Rangers prevented their going ahead.
