BARNETT BOWL
GAMES AT CHRISTCHURCH
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, January 5.
The annual competition for the Barnett friendly bowl between Wellington and Christchurch Bowling' Clubs was played on Saturday. No side ever wins this trophy, so that the results of the matches are not considered important. The rule is that the visitors each year take the trophy home. Results of thq games are as follows, Wellington names first:—Potter 30 beat Orchard 21; Mayer 13 lost to Barnett 24;. Ingram 29 beat Ridley 22; Spiller 25 beat Brown 22; Jacobs 28 beat Ainger 18.
