A propaganda communique issued by the Ministry declares that the bombing near Dolo was justified by the fact that two Italian airmen who landed at Dagabur were decapitated and their heads born in triumph through Harrar. The bombiaig was not aimed at the Swedish or other Red Cross units, although the .Abyssinian chiefs take refuge at such places.
