The screen version of I. A. R. Wylie's noted love story, "A Feather in Her. Hat," is to be shown at the St. James Theatre tomorrow. The picture, with the genivis of six inspired performances, provides a supreme emotional experience. Pauline Lord, "First Lady pf the Broadway stage," enacts the role of Clarissa Phipps with beauty and restraint. Mrs. Phipps, as played by Pauline Lord, is an unforgettable person. Basil Rathbone is Captain Courtney, a real gentleman, not "a toff." Fresh from his triumph in "Anna Karenina," Rathbone scores, again. Louis Hay ward, sensational British juvenile,] makes his second role in an American picture something to be remembered. Noel Coward vouches for him. He is seen as Richard. Billie Burke needs no introduction. There is only one Miss Burke. She plays Julia Trent in this picture. Wendy Barrie, a charming English girl, is Pauline, Hayward's sweetheart. And Victor Varconi, Continental as always, plays the part of Miss Burkes husband. No greater acting has ever glorified the screen. Alfred Santell directed from Lawrence Hazard's screen play. Wendy Barrie and Billie Burke wear some most expensive furs in the course of the picture. A blue evening wrap, trimmed with Russian white fox, which is worn by Miss Barrie, is valued at one thousand dollars, and sables worn by Miss Burke are even more expensive; '
