WEDDING

LANE—SCAIFE,

The marriage took place of Frank Ousley Blake, son of Mrs. and the late Mr. F. Lane, London, and Eva, daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. Ashton Scaife, Nelson, at St Luke's Church, Havelock North, on December 30. The service was taken by the Yen. Archdeacon Maclean.

The bride, who was escorted by her uncle- (Mr. A. R. Greenwood), wore her travelling frock of blue silk crepe, with a hat to tone, and carried a bouquet of carnations and gypsophylla. The church was decorated with rose and blue hydrangeas.

Mr. M. F. Greenwood was best man, and the wedding music was played by Miss Frances Fox.

After the wedding there was a small gathering of relations at "Duart," the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Green r wood. The Rev. F. and Mrs. Lane then left for a motoring holiday in the north.
