DIVORCE CASE

£.350 DAMAGES AWARDED

The hearing of a petition for divorce brought by Arthur Baden Cottrell, of Lower Hutt, against his wife, Annie Cottrell; was concluded in the Supreme Court : yesterday ' afternoon. John Darling Smith, of Lower Hutt, was named.as co-respondent, against whom the petitioner made a claim for £800 carnages.,-. .

The:case was heard by Mr. Justice Reed arid a jury: . •

Mr.-R.- L. A.,Cresswell appeared lor the petitioner, and Mr. L. K. Wilson for" the co-respondent. The respondent was' nbt,. represented.
