MELBOUKNE, This Day. Tho Premier (€ir Stanley Argylo) announced that a Special Committee appointed by the Ministry had submitted proposals for dealing with all traffic requirements in tho event of tho tramwa.ymon carrying out their threat to cease work. An auxiliary motor-bus service was planned that would operato substantially along tho tramway routes.
