IMPAIRED BY EVENTS
LONDON, October 14. The Vatican City correspondent of tho British United Press understands that tho Pope's health has been somewhat impaired owing to tho Marseilles assassinations, tho Spanish rebellion, and anti-Ciitholic outbreaks in Yugoslavia. Acting on medical advice ho is reducing his intended broadcast to South America today to a simple benediction.
