CIRCUIT ARRANGEMENTS

The final criminal, civil, and divorce sessions of the Supreme Court1 at Wellington for this year are to open on Tuesday, October 23, . Mr:- Justice Ostler is to preside at the trials of criminal cases, and tho civil business will be taken by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers). The last day for setting civil and divorce cases down for trial at the Wellington sessions will be Tuosday next, The Chief Justice will sit in Chambers at 10 o'clock on October 19 to make fixtures, Circuit arrangements for other districts are as follows:—Pahnerston North, opening on October 23, Mr. Justice Blair; Napier, October 29, and Gisborne, November (5, Mr. Justice Ostler; Wangamu, November 5, and New Plymouth, November 12, Mr. Justice Smith. The Blenheim and Nelson sessions are to open on November 20 and November 27 respectively, but jt has not been decided yet which Judge will be taking them.,
