MANSLAUGHTER CASE FAILS

■ ' ■ AUCKLAND, This Day! At the direction of the Judge "the jury returned a verdict of not guilty today in the manslaughter charge against Christopher Charles Brown, aged 22, a fish curer. The charge arose out of the death of Stephen Walter Carter, following a fight between him and the accused outside a cafe on March 31.
