AN ARTISTIC TREAT
. Mrs. T. Garrett, of Sydney, gave an opportunity last evening for people who enjoy beautiful pictures to view those of her husband's,, which she has brought over to. Wellington, at the exhibition room in the "livening Post" building. Dr. Carbery opened the exhibition with an appreciative speech, and assisted Mrs. Ga.rrett in showing the pictures to the many guests who attended. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Ewen, Mrs. C. Todd and Mr. Brian Tbdd, Dr. and Mrs. Gray Hassell, Mr. and Mrs. T. A. McCormaek, Mr. and Mrs. R. Hipkins, ,Mrs. A. Fair, Mrs. B. L. Dallard, Mrs. Fordo, Mrs. A. B. Sievwright, Mrs. J.
