Cricket Bat and' Heather Glow did useful work on th 6 plough. ■ Trumpet Blast and Back Thrust ran five furlongs on the No. 6 track, in lmin 3 2-sseo. , Shatter and Imperial Spear went a mile in lmin 47 2-sseCj the first half in 52 2-ssec. Scarlet Rambler, just- beat Silly Owl over half a mile in 51 l-ssee. : The Masquerader easily beat Variant over half a mile in 49 ■ l-ssec. High Rank ran a.mile in imiri 48see. 'Copyist did half a mile along the back easily in;s2sec. r., ' . ...- .. , Custodian narrowly, beat Sibella over five furlongs; on the No. 6 track in lmin 4 3-ssec, Invoicel beat Silver.Jest over half a mile in 49.2-ssec. Great Star went a mile ' in. lmin 49see, tho last half in 53 l-ssec. Grand Review covered the same distance in lmin 58sec. Red Dance and Cup Bearer ran five furlongs on the No. 6 track in lmin 6see.
