United Press Association—By Electric Tele eraptt—Copyright WASHINGTON, March. 24. President Koosevelt issued an executive order tonight creating the office of Special Adviser on .Foreign Trade. The Adviser will have the broadest possible powers in the negotiating of foreign trade agreements in the interest of the advancement of American commerce. Mr. George. ; Peek, who was Agricultural; Adjustment Administrator, is mentioned prominently for tho office, which will have a working fund -I of 100,000 dollars. ' The Adviser will be able to negotiate with "any.individual corporation, association, group, or business agency."
