It is reported that detectives are inquiring into the suggestion that the burning "of the Atlantique and the Georges Philippar and disappearance' of Reginald Lee,- Acting-British ConsulGeneral at Marseilles in 1930, are connected with an international espionage plot. World-wide inquiries are being made. ■ .
