ARREST AT BUCHAREST
LINK WITH "IRON GUARD"
(Deceived March 24, 2 p.m.) BUCHAREST, March 23. Professor Victor Gomiu, a noted surgeon, has been arrested on a charge of plotting to destroy the life of King Carol and of attempting to overthrow the regime. Seventeen prominent intelt lectuals are involved. The police are endeavouring to establish a link between them and the members of the "Iron Guard" now on trial for the assassination of the Premier, M. Duca, on December 29. ;
