UNANIMOUS RE-ELECTION

Representatives of the-,thirteen district law societies in the Dominion were present at the annual meeting of tho council of the New Zealand Law Society, held on Thursday and yesterday in the Supreme Court building, Wellington.

The following officers were unanimously.- re-elected:—President, Mr. C. H.. Treadwell (Wellington); vice-presi-dent, Mr. A. H. Johnstone, K.C. (Auckland) ; hon. treasurer, Mr. P. Levi (Wellington); auditors, Messrs. Clarke, Menzies, Griffin, and Ross; management committee of Solicitors' Fidelity Guarantee Fund, Messrs. M. J. Gresson (Christchurch), B. P. Hay (Wellington), A. H. Johnstpne, X.C, P. Levi and.C. H. Treadwelf.
