SYDNEY YEARLING SALES
To hand from William Inglis and Sons, Ltd., is the catalogue of the firm's 1934 yearling sales, to be. held at Randwick (Sydney) on April 3 and 6. It contains an offering of 354-yearlings. Forty-seven sires are represented, and of these 43 are stallions imported from ■ England. The exceptions -are the Australian-bred horses Kampion (by Rossendale) and Heroic, King Val, and Sion (all by V^lais). The tnghsh stallions inelucje a vPolymelus horse, a son of Pommern (by Polymelus), and six sons of Phalaris (by Polymelus). lhere are four sons of Tracery and' a horse by Abbot s. Trace, also a soa of Tracery. Ihxee bon-m-Law sires and three Hurry On sires are also;among the stallions represented. • ..-■■■• * ; The catalogue of H. Chisholm and Co., issued for the last time, as this firm has now ■ been incorporated with William lnghs, Ltd., is also to hand. It contains an ottering of 138 yearlings, the produce of 24 sires.
