COMMITTEE APPOINTED
•Jniieo Press Association—Bj Electric Tele graph -CuDSTIKhi (Received March 14, 2 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 13. The Secretary of War, Mr. George Henny Dern, today appointed a special committee of aeronautical authorities, including Colonel Lindbergh and Messrs. Clarence Chamberlain and Orville Wright, to determine the causes of the army's difficulties in handling air mail. Mr. Dern asked expressly for a study of the air corps' equipment, training, and personnel. The committee will be authorised to call witnesses, to take testimonies, and establish deficiencies.
