FACTOR AND TOUHY TRIAL
CHICAGO, January 27. In. the face of a seven-hour slashing cross-examination by defence attorneys in the Chicago trial, Jake Factor was unshaken in his identification, of Touhy and his associates as his kidnappers. The defence attempted to impair Factor's credibility as a witness, reviewing much of his record and trying to draw the conclusion that his prosecution of the kidnapping charge against TouKy was part of a plan to forestall his extradition to England, which is already ordered.
