There was a largo attendance at the funeral of -the late Mr. W. Goiidio, which took place on Saturday afternoon. The Eev. T. Fielden Taylor, of the Ci^y Mission, conducted tho service at the mortuary ■chapel, and tho service at the grayesido was, conducted by Mr. Taylor, assisted by tho Rev. G. K. Moir, of Brooklyn. There was also o, Masonic servico at s the graveside. Tho late.Mr. Goudio was a member of the Wellington Male Voice Choir. . A featuro of the service was the singing by, the choir of "The Long Day Closes." Tho pall-bearers were Messrs. H. Hart, H. J. G. Webb, T. Cadwallader, and B. Crokcr, members of tho Pacific Lodge of Freemasons, No. 2, and Mossrs. E. Simmers and D. Meldruin, of the staff of tho Meteorological Department..
