/ ■ • . (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) , DUNEDIN, January 25. In the Balclutha Polico Court, Alfred Allan Campbell, skin buyer, faced a list of ten charges of forgery and uttering. Tho charges arose from accused's dealings with opossum, trappers in South, Otago fast season, and after twelve witnesses had been heard tho informations were'dismissed by the Magistrate, Mr. H. J. Dixon, S.M. , Tho, • accused ■ was, however, on three separate charges of breaches of tho regulations with regard to the sale of opossum skins.
