Coombe (Wellington) beat' E. Dickie (Waverly), 6-1, 6-3, 1-6, 6-3. Ladies 'Singles.—Miss B. Gould (Canter^ bury) beat Miss D. -Haggitt (Wellington), 6-1, 6-4. Men's Doubles.—E. A. Pearce and D. C. Coombe (Wellington) beat.X. Dyer and E, Page (Wellington), 6-1, 4-6, 6-3. Lpdics 'Doubles.—Misses L. and M. Rutherford 1 (Feilding) beat. Mrs. McMasteir (Martinborough) and Miss Barns; Graham (Gisborne), 7-5, 6-3.
