Direct action in the form of an Australia-wide hold-up of wheat ia threatened- in a -unanimous resolution, carried by t^e conference of the Australian Wheat Growers' Federation. Bepresenting forty thousand growers the federation demands immediate action by the yFederal Government to afford relief to the growers. "The Commonwealth Government by adopting th« international wheat agreement got us into this mess. Now it must get vi out of it," said one delegate.
