CHARGE OF HIGH TREASON
(Keceived October 28, 9 a.m.) BEKLIH, October 27. Tho British Consul at Munich has been permitted to see Mr. Noel Panter, tho British journalist, who will be charged with high treason. Although Germany is preaching peace, surprise is caused by the fact that foreign journalists are suffering from tho same high-handedness as are Germans, especially in view of the fact that a member of the Bavarian Cabinet, Heir Esser, recently invited them to go. everywhere with open eyes and ears, because "wo have nothing' to- eoneeaL"
