MAGISTRATE'S COURT

Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., dealt with | cases in the Magistrate's Court today. A further remand until November 1 was granted in tho case of Ludwig Sigurd Lar- j sen, aged 39, a labourer, who was charged with ,being an idle and disorderly person and with breaking and entering the ware- j house of E. Reynolds and Co., Ltd., and committing theft. ■ "His list shows him to be a very active criminal," said Detective-Sergeant L. Revell in opposing the granting of bail to Fredrick Burgen Clark, aged 32, a painter, who was remanded until November 1 on a charge of breaking and entering a house in Sefton Street, Wadestown, with intent to commit theft. Bail was refused. Yvonne Turner, aged 30, was further remanded until November 2 on two charges of being an idle and disorderly person. ,
