BRUCE WOOLLEN DIVIDENDS
(By Telegraph.) (Special to the "Evening Post.")' DUNEDIN, This Day. Although the year has been a most difficult one, the directors of the Bruce Woolleu Manufacturing Company report still further progress in the affairs of the company, as disclosed by an increase in the net-profit for the year to £9486 13s Id. After writing off £4000 for depreciation on plant and buildings, the balance, including £542 -carried forward from last year, amounts to £6029, from which the directors recommend a dividend on preference capital amounting to £2800, and also a dividend of 2% per cent, on the ordinary capita), amounting to £2500, a balance of £729 to be carried forward.
