FATAL COLLISION
Further evidence in the case in. which Mrs. Sarah Green is claiming £ 750 damages from Arthur Copeman Haeon and his wife, Daphne Hacon, is being heard by Mr. Justice Blair and a jury of twelve at the Supreme Court today.
The action arose out of a collision at the corner of Abel Smith Street and Taranaki Street on May 12 last between a cai- driven by Mrs. Hacon and a bicycle ridden by Francis Roy Kirkland. Kirkland wjis killed, and in bringing the action Mrs. Green claimed.that she was partially dependent upon the actual and prospective oarnings of the deeeasod. The plaintiff alleged that Mrs. Hacon was negligent in that she was travelling on the wrong side of the road and that she had failod to keep a proper look-out.
Tho defence is a general denial of the allegations.
