WAIWETU LADIES' CLUB

In the final of the Waiwetu Ladies' Club championship over thirty-six holes, Miss Robinson beat Mrs. Evison, 5 up and 4 to play. The competition was \-ery keen, Miss Robinson being 1 up at the luncheon adjournment. The position was the same at the twenty-seventh, _ and ,' from there Miss Robinson steadily gained ground. The weekly ball and points for the Win-ter-Cup were won by Mrs. Wilson, with 93, 23—70. This card was also the best returned in the L.G.U. competition. Miss Davidson was second with 97, 26—71. Miss M|lne was third with 106, 34—72.
