MELBOUENE, This Day.
No reduction in general taxation, a reduction of 5 per cent, in the unemploynieut relief tax, and an anticipated deficit of £700,000 for 1938-34 are features of the State Budget, introduced in tho Assembly by the Treasurer (Sir Stanley Argyle).
