- Sir Henry and Lady Buckleton, Oriental Bay, who have been visiting their daughter, Mrs. L. Innes Walker, Morrinsville, have returned to Wellington.

Lady Roberts, Lower Hutt, left Weilington on Tuesday evening for Christchurch.

Miss ' Margaret Pattullo, Hawke's Bay, is the guest of Mrs. C. G. White, Selwyn Terrace.

Mrs. Walter Raymond, Timaru, who has been visiting her sister, Mrs. Prank Reading, Tinakori Eoad, lias returned home. '

Mrs. D. Whitcombe, Timaru, is visiting her sister, Mrs. Bellett, Karori.

Miss Susie White, Hawfce's Bay, who has been visiting Wellington, returned home yesterday.

Mrs. J. E. Schloss is a Wellington visitor to Auckland. .

Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Stevens, Christchurch, arrived in Wellington this morning to join the Wanganella, en route to Australia, where they intend staying about two months. Mrs. W. L. Travers, Day's Bay, will go to Christchurch early next month to stay with her mother, Mrs. S. L. Partridge, Miss Joy Perry, Christehureh, who has been visiting friends and relatives in Auckland, Wellington, and New Plymouth, has returned, to Christchurch. Mrs. C. P. Agar is a Ghristchurch visitor to Wellington. Dr. Helen Deem, Wanganui, will take up a position at the Wellington Hospital shortly. Miss Frances Gibson. Epsom, Auckland, has left for a visit to Christchurch and Wellington. Miss Pilcher has returned to Wellington after visiting Mrs. P. B. Benham, Pleasant Point. Mr. and Mrs. J. P. 11. Buchanan, ■who have been visiting Wellington, have returned to Timaru. ■ Mrs. Carolyn Forsytho (who was formerly Miss Lun Watson),- now of Sydney, is visiting Wellington and other parts of New Zealand, where she has been renewing old friendships, particularly in dramatic circles, in which she was formerly well known. She has taken an active part in Repertory Theatre work in Sydney, and is returning there shortly after a, seven months' tour of New Zealand. Mrs. Maurice Myers, who has been staying with Sir Michael and Lady Myers, Upland Road, returned last evening to her home in Dunedin. Sir William and Lady Hunt left Wellington last evening for the south. Mr. and Mrs. Burcett left Wellington last evening for the south.
