O'Rourke) that he is'willing to donate to Otaki half-an-. acre of property in the heart of the, town in the hope that at an early date municipal offices and a library will be erected. The- section is a valuable one. This is not tho first sift Mr. Brown lias made to the council; his liberality is well known.
