FRANCE SATISFIED
PAEIS, August 23. France is now satisfied that there is no question of an Italian-Austro-Hun-garian bloc. The plan agreed to at Eiccione proposes immediate economic help to Austria from a series of bilateral trade agreements between Austria, Hungary, Italy, and Czechoslovakia in favour of Austrian exports.
