RUGBY, July 13,

Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald presided at a meeting of the four wheat export countries and consuming . countries, when the present state of the conversations between the representatives of Australia, Canada,. the United States, and the Argentine was fully reviewed. The United States representatives said that no draft agreement among exporting countries containing specific figures had yet been prepared. It was decided that the exporting countries should consult with the Russian delegation tomorrow and afterwards meet the reprer sentatives of the Danubian States to see how far they can agree upon figures for the limitation of their exports.
