LONDON, Juno 26. The Belgrade correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says no telephonic Communication is possible with Bulgaria. A state- of siege has been proclaimed at Sofia, which is cut off from tho world. .;■■',■ The Qovernment, being determined to put down rival Macedonian organisations, ordered a search of almost every house and cafe in the capital during the night, and many arrests wore made. A large quantity of arms was confiscated. It is rumoured that a dictatorship will be proclaimed. Eleven hundred arrests were made on Sunday, but no prominent Macedonian leaders were found.
