EXTRA GISBORNE DATES
The Poverty, Bay Turf Club, which, in consequence of the amalgamation, with the Gisborne Kacing.'Club, has now more days at its disposal, has 'decided to hold a two-day meeting during the winter. • A suggestion had been made for the holding of a' meeting at Easter, but in consideration of the local sports arrangements and racing fixtures in Auckland and Hawke's Bay, this was rendered inadvisable., The dates of the Winter Sleeting will be announced shortly.
