According to a forecast of the debata Mr. "Winston Churchill will lead :a vigorous attack on the whole plan on behalf of a Conservative group laiown as the India Defence Committee, but the terms of the Government motion will prevent him carrying out his'plan to lead fifty Conservatives into the lobbies against the Government.
