WASHINGTON, March 27. President Roosevelt informed Congress on Monday of an executive order, under the powers granted by the Economy Bill, establishing all Federal agricultural credit agencies under one tuiit. In the same order the President abolished the stabilisation operations by the Farm Board.
The new agricultural and financial organisation will be known as the Farm Credit Administration, and will include the Farm Board, Farm Loan Bureau, and various credit agencies in the Department of Agriculture and the Reconstruction Finance Corporation. This action is expected to save two million dollars- annually. The President is expected to act shortly in the reorganisation of other Departments by which, it is intended to- save 100 million, dollars a year.
