DUNEDIN, This Day. In a letter to the Mayor, as president of the newly-formed South Island Tourist League, the Governor-General states that in no part of the world could there be found more natural beauty in so small compass as in the South Island. There was, however, still room for greater effort in making these beauties known, more especially to visitors from the Old Country.
