HOTEL DIVIDEND INCREASED

The directors of Usher's Metropolitan Hotel, Ltd., Sydney, have declared an interim ordinary dividend for the half-year ended February 28 at the rate of 8 per cent, per annum. The corresponding dividend for 1931-32 was at the rate of 5 per cent, per annum, and the full year's distribution was 6% per cent. The directors state that the profits for the halfyear were much better than those for the corresponding period o£ 1931-32.
