Lack of entries is likely to cause the abandonment of the Hororata Racin* i i 7> 8 Annnal Meeting. A meeting of the club scpmmittee is called for tonight, when a decision will be arrived at. It will be unfortunate for the club if the. meeting is not held, and will mark tn<? second occasion on which the club has had to abandon its meeting owing to insufficient .entries.
