In nioving the of- the report, the'-chairmaii (Mr. J. Hitchen) congratulated the club on "its fine performances' during the pastl season. A high standard o£ play had been maintained, and the management had been in very capable hands. Good work had been Carried out by the coaches. ,
The following officers were elected:— President, the Rev. T. FieWeu Taylor; vice-presidents, Mesdaraes A. Harding and I. 'White. Messrs. J. P. Conder, C. L. Collins, A, Harding,-and. E.- >W. Kemp,; and the Eev. P. A. Stanley; honorary secretary, Mr. E. Anderson; assistant honorary secretary, Mr. G. White; delegates to W.F.A., Messrs. J. Hitchen and Wj Moore; club'captain,; Mr. A.
