MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Cases at the Magistrate's: Court were Jealt with today by Mr. T. B. McNeil; 3.M. Patrick Broder, aged 35, a fifth offender For drunkenness, was sentenced to 21 Jays' imprisonment. On a further charge of a breach of a probation order the ae:nsed was convicted and discharged. A remand until Thursday was granted in the case of David Russell Thompson, an engineer, aged 43, who was charged with stealing a motor-car \at Auckland.
