UNBECOMING CONDUCT
(Eeeeived February 14, 2 p.m.) WINNIPEG, February 13. Captain Charles Browa was dismissed from Lord Stratheona's Horse a court-martial declaring his attack 'on the wife of Captain H. B. Eebbitt ia a private room during the corps' annual Hallowe'en ball to have beeu scandalous. Eebbitt, who woke' up Brown at his home early on the morn- ; ing after the ball by firing a shot at ' him, was reprimanded.
