LIBERAL PROPOSALS

(Eeceived February 14, 2 p.m.) " OTTAWA, February 13. There are insistent reports that the proposals for a united Government are being considered by the Premier, Mr. E. B. Bennett. The Liberals today announced that a new national platform would- be proclaimed shortly. It would call for all-round tariff reductions, the abolition of the Bennett super-tariffs, dumping duties, and valuation for;duty purposes and a national non-partisan committee on unemployment.
